The entrepreneurial character needs high Dominance to keep pushing for results, high Influencing to persuade customers and teams, low Steadiness to provide energy, speed and risk-taking and low Compliance to defy the rulebook to find new solutions.
The accountant character (by contrast) needs high Compliance to deal with regulation, high Steadiness to assess and deal with risk, which is naturally offset by low Influence and low Dominance since business relationships must be built on facts and reflection.
