Do my systems need fixing? 

Because you can’t do True Advisory® unless they are smart…  

It’s a major cost for accountant practices, where many subscriptions overlap one another and data has trouble moving through the practice without repetition and error.  

This is what to do:

Map the existing systems eg: 

  • CRM  

  • Practice management  

  • Tax returns 

  • Timesheets  

  • Accounting system  

  • Invoicing  

  • Bankfeed & invoice recognition  

  • Accounts production  

  • VAT submissions 

  • Payroll  

  • Confirmation statements  

  • Hosted desktop  

  • Jobs booking and tracking 

  • Direct Debits  

  • Pensions  

Then check to see which ones automatically update themselves and share data with other systems and calculate time lost and errors through those that don’t. And list those that are no longer used or superseded and cancel the subscriptions.  

Either use integration tools or start again with a new integrated approach.
