Step 66 Taking Business Solutions into Clients

In my last post we moved on to ‘P03 Raise Workforce Knowledge & Skill’ given the need to develop better skills to match job requirements. Its 11 detailed Action Plans accurately assessed and delivered an effective company training plan that raised business performance.  

This highlighted a culture problem best addressed by People Method ‘P04 Develop Successful Workforce Behaviour’.  

This contains 13 detailed action plans that include all the processes needed to assess and develop the business culture such as personality profiling, transactional analysis and counselling. Then link that to business performance.  

Which leads naturally to implementing People Method ‘PO5 Workforce Performance Management’ and my next post will look at more closely.
