"Services" means the Business Implementation Services, namely, mentoring, coaching, training, consultancy, project management and other incidental business and financial services provided by us to you including business documentation, data, reports, and advice related to the same, whether accessed through the Website or otherwise;
"Templates" means a business template document available to purchase on the Website;

In the event of any conflict between these terms and the Runagood User Agreement, the terms of the latter shall prevail.
APPLICABLE LAW
These terms of use, their subject matter and formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
